Head to job applications on the left hand side of your employer dashboard. You'll see a blue number next to it if you have any new applicants waiting for review. Select the job you want to manage.

Select the candidate(s) and move them to either yes, no or maybe. You can always move them around again.

Here you can also see their full profile at a glance and if you have a Job Network, whether or not they are on your shortlist - this is represented by a blue heart on the right top corner of their profile.

1. Once you've sorted out your yes pile from your no's and maybe's you can reach out to them by selecting their names and sending them an individual message or video interview request. You can also share profiles of candidates with other colleagues to get a second opinion.

2. Once you've found the right person you can mark them as hired and everyone else will be notified that the job has been filled and they weren't successful this time round. Hired candidates will be marked with a grey tick.

3. You can also view applicant history, by clicking on the icon next to the applicant's name. You can view a chronological history of an Applicant's interaction with your company, jobs they applied for, whether they were a "Yes", "Maybe" or "No" and any associated notes recorded by you or your colleagues.

Candidates appreciate feedback from employers even if they weren't successful. JobGetter makes this as simple and time efficient as possible. Simply select the candidates that you wish to reject (individually or in bulk) and hit 'Send Declined Messages'.


You'll then be prompted to select a reason. The candidate will then get the rejection message along with the reason so they can improve for next time.
